History
In 2003, his daughter Meggan Ciaccia joined the firm, as a Staff Accountant, continuing the family legacy. Inspired by her father’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to clients. Meggan developed a strong foundation in the business.
After earning her CPA license in 2013, she was named Partner the following year. Meggan purchased the firm in 2021, as a significant investment in her future and a deep commitment to the legacy she helped build. Marking a new chapter grounded in responsibility and vision.
HERstory
She served as President of South Jersey NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), where her contributions earned her the 2022 Woman Business Owner of the Year award. She also plays an ongoing role with the NJ CPA Scholarship Committee, where she champions the development of the next generation of accounting professionals.
